Outreach continues to focus on our core projects:

One Great Hour of Sharing 

Channels resources for international programs in health, education and agricultural development, emergency relief, refugee ministries, and both international and domestic disaster response, administered by Wider Church Ministries, Global Sharing of Resources.  

Strengthen the Church

Grows the UCC’s future by funding The Stillspeaking Ministry, new and renewing churches, youth and young adult ministries, and lay and pastoral leadership formation—especially among women and people of color; administered by your church’s Conference, Local Church Ministries, and The Stillspeaking Ministry.  

Our Church’s Wider Mission

Some of the benefits come to our congregation directly from OCWM funding.  No special collection is taken; funding is allocated in our church budget.   However, we do have a few congregational members who give to OCWM weekly.  

The Outreach Ministry has focused our collections over the past few years on the 5 for 5 offerings, and a few local projects that impact our immediate area (i.e. Crop Walk).  We feel we can make a greater impact this way, and also strengthen our identity as a church committed to following Christ in word and deed.
